• 4+ years of expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journeys/Journey Builder, Email Studio, Ad Studio, and Interaction Studio
• Extensive experience creating and running sales/marketing/digital campaigns and associated reporting
• Strong understanding of Omnichannel and Lifecycle Marketing with experience in website, email, SMS, in-app push notifications, advertising media channels, and/or chat
• Proficient with creating and implementing data extensions and SQL queries
• Deep experience developing, implementing, and maintaining AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
• Working familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and SSJS
• Exceptional communication and problem solving skills

• Partner with key stakeholders across multiple functional teams to develop, deploy, optimize, and measure omnichannel and lifecycle marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with ad tech, analytics, data science teams, and vendors to develop and activate cross-channel digital marketing tactics and strategies
• Create or integrate landing pages, forms, emails, SMS, MMS, advertising media, in-app push notifications, chat and other digital properties into sales/marketing/digital campaigns
• Create and implement AMPscript and other client and server-side scripts and data extensions to create personalized and variable content-driven experiences levering both first and third-party data sources
• Consistently apply lead generation and routing processes according to well-established organizational procedures and standards and collaborate with adjacent teams for ad hoc consultative support services
• Develop and implement complex account and contact segmentation methods dedicated to developing sophisticated data-driven targeting strategies which trigger optimal engagement within all applied digital marketing channels supported by underlying campaigns, nurture engagement programs, and lead generation strategies
• Perform effective pre-deployment quality control review processes individually and with stakeholders to validate asset content/messaging, brand compliance, deployment timelines, cadence, volume, and buyer or audience engagement-driven journeys
• Compile and communicate key data-driven insights and interaction signals with a persistent focus on identifying gaps that impact or impede sales/marketing and nurture campaign effectiveness
• Proactively focus on improving best practices, methods, techniques, tactics, and strategies which optimize audience experience, visitor engagement, and marketing and sales conversion outcomes
